Wow... the axe was heavy on this one.

Dayum, this had so much unused potential.

Not as bad as seven ocean's ending tho

Actually VASTLY better since it's happy ending with couple formed, not retarded cliffhander with losing female lead.

Hmm, really rich setting, lots of potential, sadly lost. Ah well, enjoyable enough while it lasted.

It's too bad this got axed. So I guess who gives a crap that the split personality kid killed Sami's knight right?

That I can confirm to you, in the last tank there are some extra pages at the end, as a 14.5 chapter , no text, just drawings there you see that he survived the attack.

The rest of the questions will keep always a mystery!

Thanks for your answer, it is good to know that at least one of the things I thought were left unanswered do has an answer

I really liked this series it is a shame that it was axed it could have been a very interesting story if it would have lasted more, the ending was bad, not as bad as I initially thought by reading the comments but still it was at least a mediocre ending. Thanks for your work in this manga I really liked even with its flaws (Pretty much just its ending because I loved everything else).

PD

Someone else mentioned some (or a lot) of the things that where left without a proper development or answer. I remember some ones but if anyone could mention some other it would be great. The ones that I remember are:

  • It was never showed what happened with that Knight or whatever that was defeated by that kid (the evil midget one not the MC), he is probably dead but it was never stated

Such a shame, so much wasted potential.

To me, it seems like the editors weren't able to classify it easily and pushed it to become a regular battle manga, when it clearly was more.  The mangaka was too new and didnt have enough clout to stand his ground (or convince the editor to believe in his vision).

I hope Japan does something similar to the Koreans (except with better pay) and have the first runs of mangas to be online webtoons and transition the popular ones to print.

I mentioned it a lot all over the place

Japan readers tends to dislike Shounen x Shoujo materials.

IE: combat action mixed with heavy romance

Best example: Mx0, DoubleArt

Also, no webtoon,

Now back to this series...

too bad it ended, but we all saw that coming since 6~7 chapters away, LOL

This had a lot of potential as said.

There's so much things you could do with that power of his and the idea of "Moon" stuff.

Such a shame, so much wasted potential.

That for sure was supposed to happen later on, since all the story simply was all warped up in 3 chapters... Of course the Author wanted to expand this setting, probably having the bad guy escape after a big fight, then try to attack the Moon Castle and Tsukihiko going for the rescue.

Then later on another setting but now with another family, with different technology and so what!

Since it was axed, he simply had to end everything the way it was.

When I read the first 3 chapters 1 years ago I was mesmerized by the art itself. The story was futuristic and well made, with coolness and at the same time a small amount of craziness and laughing matter.

I've saw so bad stories to continue on and on when they should had finished after the 2nd chapter, and this one simply... Well enough rant, I need to find another one with the same setting to substitute this one.

Sorry for the double post but your comment expressed quite well my thoughts on this series being axed, it had some superb art and an interesting plot why it was not popular enough it is something that I can not understand

  •  Nothing was showed about the other families
  •  Pretty much nothing was showed about the Moon Gods and that girl that saved the main character
  • That other knight which belonged to Sami´s family appeared some times but never really did nothing and her character had zero development

Having read the ending again, in English this time not having to rely on my poor Japanese, it just reaffirms me belief that this is quite possibly the worst axing I've ever seen in the history of axes that don't just end without an ending. It amazes me how willing the protagonist was to befriend the people who actually murdered the girl he liked some 15 minutes prior.

Wish they could have done more with that moon princess.

Well, at least he got inside her at last.

So this incredible series gets 14 chapters and Naruto is allowed to waste page space for 700...I need to go set something on fire.

agreed broo

This could have been so good, instead it got a rush and some axe.

wut!? axed. hard.

still, op imperial matter is op. and villain had to turn out retarded since they had to end it.

Hahaha, well, this made my day. Somehow, kinda in-line with the beginning?

I can't honestly understand why this was axed, it had every ingredient to make a great manga, there is shit, and I mean literally shit on pages who is published for years and this nice manga wasn't even gave a tiny chance to shine.

Main character was too strong. There's never any moment where you'll doubt that he'll win, even a little bit. When you try to have an action manga without any suspense at all you're just sorta left wondering why everything takes so long.

what an abrupt ending!

wot? dafuq just happened?

Well... at least this one has a rather decent ending, and the main guy doesn't exactly break character. He's like "no lasting amage done, so it's all water under the bridge."

Darn it... I hate it when they get axed... still remember MxO and that ending that I wish didn't happen... Atleast make it an open ending... but no, they have to end it with a silly "start from ground up with no regards to the original plot" type of ending.... that ending even made the title worthless...
