story 3: the puzzle can be solved with just moving 2 sticks. Simple move any 2 of the horizontal sticks at the bottom up along the 2 parallel diagonal sticks. you'll get something like...

Author needs to think more outside of the box lol. Can't really attract the "brainy" type with those kind of trick puzzle.

i.e. roman five and a triangle i.e. five triangles.
I remember seeing something similar for changing 2 triangles into 4 by moving one: you actually put one match crossing over another to make the number 4.
It's a bit (AKA a lot) of a stretch, but it does show that thinking outside the box can sometimes yield some very bizarre answers. :/

SomersaultCloud, the convention on most readers (and certainly this one) is that "complete" indicates scanlation status, not whether the manga is complete in the original. What matters the most to most people reading manga is whether the whole thing is available for them to read or not.
So in the relevant sense for the "Status" tag, this is ongoing, not complete.
