I wasn't a fan of the translation of that chapter by that group either, but you're still overexaggerating. You can at least tell immediately what they're trying to convey with that specific speech bubble, it's not a guessing game like some shitty manhwa or manhua translations you see pretty often on this site. It wasn't great, but it wasn't near atrocious.

FYI, this is common practice for high class hotel (I don't know about low class hotel because you just might as well go to a normal restaurant). Many of those restaurants are buffet but you can find ala carte as well.

Pretty sure most hotel bars and restaurants are independent of the hotel itself.
