I remember when I first picked up this manga. It was new and the scanlators were just releasing its first chapter. I followed it and eventually the wait was too long and I put it on hold. Afterwards I had tried to come back to this more times than once but I couldn't get passed it too far considering the content of sexual abuse and the obvious foreboding stockholm syndrome. This time I decided to get passed all of that and I'm almost surprised by how quickly I ended up reading it all (all my previous attempts ended before their "chumminess" at school). Honestly, it was a decent read. The drama of it all was pretty good (in terms of not so bad or unoriginal that I wanted to drop it) despite all the harassment. Though the whole thing with the little brother...I'm surprised by it was breezed over so simply at the end of it all (and I mean how they just ended it and the fact of Hina's existence was forgotten) and they're just "one little happy family" again. All that aside, the childhood story minus the incident is quite adorable. It's like those photographs with a little boy and a little girl together acting sweet to one another =)

I can't believe i actually read the whole thing.... and i regretted it so deeply.
The MC who claims that she works feverishly but shows not much sign of it. If I don't feel it then its just empty words.
The love interest whom the MC later on falls for is your typical 2d character named "Prince" (facepalm) and yes he's uber rich. rich rich rich and smart and with not much personality and development except to forcefully attempt rape on the MC

The story isn't bad, its good enough to keep you reading for it, but the two main characters are.... ugh, the secondary characters like her brother/the father/ mother is much more interesting character wise.

TheShawn: You might try some Yoshihara Yuki, like "Haa Haa" or "Itadakimasu". They aren't masterpieces, but they're funny, and they don't work like that at all. Rather the woman tends to be the aggressor, especially once they've been together for a while. Yoshihara Yuki's female characters tend to want sex from their man Really Bad and not be shy about it. Or go read some Amazume Ryuuta, like "Nana to Kaoru" which is awesome.

@TheShawn Thanks for the heads up, I hate that too, I love good smut actually, but the good ones can be counted on one hand. You saved me time I can spend learning Japanese/reading some nice oneshots.
