Actually, the art will look like that in later chapters, and the girl(the older one) in the cover will also appear in the later chapter
Storyline is weak, art is all over the map but generally nothing like the cover. I guess I'll look elsewhere for a new manga.
That cover
She doens't really do it with intention, it's more like a side effect of the eye. It's just that she happens to touch the weakest point without her knowing, she can only see the weak point only after the eye is activated.
Take the tree as an example, she didn't really know that there was an ant's nest inside the tree, she was just hitting it to relieve her anger and she just happen to hit the weakest point of the tree and make it fall. That's why she was surpised when it fell.
And later on when the eye was activated, she said she could clearly see all the weak points.
Also this is what it said "Because of her eye's power, she often accidentally hits others' weak points while playing".
It specifically said that she often touched the weak points because of the power. Otherwise, she wouldn't be touching the weak points every time and there wouldn't be any problem.
Oh, did 3x3 Eyes also copy Naruto even though it's 12 years older?

I guess Naruto eye shit copied Hunter X Hunter since they was one of the first ones. If you want to go that route and go older http://vatoto.com/comic/_/comics/3x3-eyes-r1383. This series could be similiar to 3x3 eyes I will find out sooner or later.
