Although granted the MC here actually deserves his harem unlike Uesugi (little whiner).

okay. i know this is close to impossible, but man i really hope for sensei... an adult but still this cute.

i hope there is a parallel world, where no one ended getting hurt and sensei became the waifu.

Well, ecchi isn't at level of To Love Ru or Yuragi, the characters are likeable and the series is very funny. Of course, if you absolutely can't stand harems it's better reading something else.

Well, I went and changed it back because I found out how to.  I'll be sticking around to keep switching it back if whatever weeb keeps doing this keeps coming back and doing so.

A solid harem with a likable cast of characters and a good male lead that isn't infuriatingly dense.

If you don't like harems in the first place, don't read this because it's not for you.

Actually the official English title is "We Never Learn", why don't use it instead of "We Can't Learn" or what the fucktonlong japanese title?

The licensed title choice is a liberal, stylistic interpretation. "We Can't Study" is the more accurate, literal translation. Benkyou = study (especially in the context of a manga about students, well, studying); dekinai = can't.

It may be a first impression thing, but I like the scanlator's choice much better anyway. "We Never Learn" is so generic it could mean just about anything. Is it a slapstick sitcom? Is it an anti-war movie? Is it a warning about the rise of fascist populism, or environmental destruction? Is it a veiled insult against consumers of clichéd teen romance drama? What are we not learning here?

And yes, add one more voice to the keep-the-title-in-English-please camp. Stop weebing, people.

Most of the people here don't know Japanese.  That's why they're on an English speaking website with translations.  Literally the only people who are pushing for the title to be written this way are weebs who think everything sounds better in Japanese.

 

Also, end of the day, I'm pretty sure well over 90% of the readerbase for this series knows it as "We Can't Study" so it's stupid to try and change that by this point.  Title wars when something first gets scanlated I understand, because THAT is the time to decide the consensus on what to call a series, not now.

But really, unless it's isekai or standard shounen I say the english title when I give sources or when I shitpost.

I've been enjoying "We Can't Study" for a while. But I saw some new title on my list and said "hm must be something new i just added. wait... chapter 45? and why is chapter 44 where a different manga was?" like, it's fine if it was one way from the start, but give me consistency.

If you think about it, the fact that Sensei's younger sister is an ice skating prodigy really doesn't match to how much of idolization the younger sister has for her older sister.
 
It's more like a literal pounding a nail in the proverbial coffin.  And it was even eluded to in the chapter too - lest we forget, Sensei left (implied kicked out of) the field of ice skating because of her age.  The fact that her younger sister is doing what she wanted to do and is in her prime age to do it screams "rub it in your face".

Sensei = best waifu
