This must be the real estate agent.  He's just here to make sure you're satisfied...

That doesn't necessarily mean that it wasn't the case that "chuunibyou" was mistakenly translated as "sixth grader syndrome".

I've heard about chuunibyou, I've heard about chuusanbyou, which is totally different, so I have no problem thinking this 6th grader syndrome as another completely different thing either

If it was a mistranslated "chuunibyou", it was mistranslated by the author...

It's written as 小6病 (shou-6-byou)

It's a gag-story though so it could be an intentional thing

Oh, and if she's dead, she's allowed to enjoy her afterlife however she wants, right?

Chuuni would be 8th grade, no?

I belive 6th grader syndrome is something else..

Sheesh, that guy.  Some people will complain about anything.

Yeah, your right. I confused it sometimes.

Thanks for the correction

Also known as Chuunibyou , it is a symptom where a person believes his it her life is that of an anime or mangahttp://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/MrImagination?from=Main.Chuunibyou

NO... you don't say a lovely Loli "midget", that's a huge SIN mmm...~!

must teach the young girl about what love really is

2co3k1t.jpgOh...Hello, don't mind me

The way I see it, being haunted by a loli ghost is a blessing. The Ghostbusters aren't needed here.
