This feels oddly familiar to something I once read on sadpanda... The younger sister in particular getting with the guy who her older sister was after because he thought he'd met an older girl...
Although at worst with her size she's just matching the growth rate of the average delinquent characters in some other manga. You know, the ones with the 7ft 250lb brick fridges that are somehow supposedly 14-15?

Wasn't there a similar manga with a smaller older sister and a larger younger sister? I still remember that they went to the arcade/shopping center/whatever together and the younger sister got lost somehow, with the two of them meeting 2 different boys.
I think the one that met the older sister had some nymph-fetish (i.e. he likes early pubescent girls, compare nymphophilia). I don't really know the title of the manga anymore, though

Btw, that note about -n is not entirely correct. It's a "nickname", girls sometimes add -n or -cchan, like Sachi -> Sacchan, and so on to make cutesy nicknames for their friends. You usually don't do this with someone you want to be polite with ;p
