Description: | Salvors are men responsible for towing wrecked ships and handling the cargo. They are different from rescue teams as they usually ask for money before offering help. Nanba Rintarou's father was the owner of such a company, but Rintarou really hated the way they operated and decided to join the Coast Guard. However, Rintarou's father died right after Rintarou completed his training. In his will he asked Rintarou to take over his company. What's worse is he left his son a debt of 1.5 billion yen... |

Real diving manga about salvage companies. It includes heavy drinking but most characters wear clothes.
Is this diving manga or technically a diving manga?
You know it's great when you read it before then come back to discover that you are more hyped upon the seconding reading.
Saw this linked in the comments of that diving manga in the top rated right now. This was a hell of a ride and it's a damn shame how few people have actually read it. It's probably one of the best manga I have read in years.

real life salvors seem to be larger than life

I'm willing to wait 2 more years if that's what it takes for this to get done...
Well, it's been 2 years since then and I still can't do shit. I'll see myself out.
Yup, I've got to agree with you, a darned shame......not only is it close to completion, but it's a darned good story as well.
Okay, if anyone wants them for translating or wants to use them to entice a group to come finish off the remainder of the series, here are the raws and my cleans for that those are worth:
Please don't read the raws if you enjoy the series, just be patient I wouldn't want you to spoil things for yourself. Even I haven't touched the last two raw volumes and I've been actively trying to get this series finished for half a decade now.
Handy pastebin with all of that in, if you need it:

Dark Murmur appears to have died and nobody bothered to inform me, so a new group is needed now rather than just a translator or redrawer.
Hope you get one i enjoy this
For anybody wondering, everything up to the last two volumes is cleaned we're just lacking in the translator / redrawer department.
Hiro SO much more interesting than Maaya
Ah Nanba, never change.
It's a pretty solid series. I like the blend of action and facts in it.
How come I did not see this epic Manga before? Seriously good story and its art is god-like. Can't wait to see how it finishes. Thanks to everyone who worked in it.
GANDALF COASTGUARD UP IN THIS BITCH!!!!
Thank you so much for this chapter !
swimming with clothes... i remember doing that in grade school. we had pretty good teacher when i think about it, we'd learn all kinds of practical things and survival skills.
Happy to see another chapter!
just Blow the dust , You will find the boat.
couldn't help but think of this serie when I first heard of the ferry tragedy in SK.
may their souls rest in peace.
If anybody's interested, there's a rather substantial bounty available on another site for the continuation of this manga.
