That's probably intentional. That way readers are more likely to demand it be made into a series - so that the promised oppai-rubbing will then be dispensed. (after about 200 chapters of dragging the series out like always...)
I didn't see the promised, rubbing of oppai.
Should we add an 'Action' and 'Sci-fi' tag on it instead of supernatural because it's about Aliens and Alien Samurai suits ?
Me neither, but it can depend on how its done. The worst can be 'traps'. Even then sometimes it can be handled well in the story (I had a bit of adjusting to do when Kagari the male sekirei became a female...)
