Ehh, I dunno. It felt like the mangaka was going for a certain feel, and I think she did well, I just didn't really like it. The terminology combined with the art style, camera angles, everything... It came together for a kind of confusing, slightly dark story that left me feeling rather conflicted and yet also generally unaffected at the end. I can't describe it well, but it's certainly different.
I didn't like it, but I think that was just a matter of taste, so give it a shot if you feel like it.
