Any caster would die in less than 5 seconds, against Aoko, remember, all Fate mages struggle to get their second magic, Aoko has already gotten more than 5 and many of them belong to the true magic cathegory.

 

And Fate cast is not nearly as strong as people make it seem. Gilgamesh, Berserker(both), Rider(Iskandar) and Lancer(both), may be really powerful Servants, but otherwise, i can't see how other servants would be any superior to Tsukihime or Melty Blood characters, Shiki can kill pretty much anything that's deemed to be alive, meaning even Servants, Akiha is far stronger than Ciel, and Ciel can fight defensively against servants and posssibly win against some of them, meaning Akiha could actually fight servants directly, up to certain servants I mean, not all of them, Then we have that shouta vampire(Solomon? I don't really remember his name) who was said to be impossible for Assassin(Shiki) to defeat. In Melty Blood there's also Sion Eltnam Atalasia/Sion Tatari, in her Tatari form her power rivals that of Warachia, and we all know how absurd Warachia really was, we also have White Len and Shiki is much stronger in Melty Blood.

These three are "variable" servants, Archer and Saber were summoned by mages who can't fully unlock their powers, Archer strength depends on his summoner, depending on his summoner, he could possibly fight on equal terms against Gilgamesh. Saber was summoned by the weakest mages of their respective Grail War(Yes Kiritsugu was a weak mage. A strong fighter but a weak mage, most of his fights were won using an anti-magic bullet created by his master, meaning, her magic. His own magic was powerful but he didn't have enough mp to properly use it, and so he could only use it for a few seconds). For Caster remember, she was not using her powers, the only reason why she got to be so strong was because she ws constantly stealing magic from the city residents, and even so she could not defeat Archer.

 

Another reason for Saber not being of the same level as Lancer, Gil and Zerker? Well this one is personal and it's more about their legends so you need not agree but, who is King Arthur without his Excalibur? He was a talented Knight and could certaily face many soldiers using a normal sword, but not on inhuman levels like Chulainn, who was the son of a god.

Chulainn faced the entire army of queen Mebd by himself, and he managed to stop their progress at the border. Also, he may be famous for his Gae Bolg but he didn't depend on it like Arthur and his Excalibur, he was also know for using swords, riding horses, and he always fought by himself while in a state of Ríastrad(something akin to a berserker state, in fact, while in this state he would kill both enemies and allies), his master(Scáthach) was a witch which(pun not intended) also means he may also have some knowledge on rune magic, so well, you see the difference?

except they're all heroic spirits not normal humans, you're trying to justify the power creep by pretending they're like normal mortal humans. If we used that logic Medusa should've been able to kill the majority of the tsukihime cast cause none of them have a mirror shield.

 

Either way the series definitely downgrades the Fate cast's power i mean taking out arguably the second most powerful servant before he even gets a chance to fight is pretty stupid.

Well, if Shiki can kill the dead and even magic, I don't think it would be much of a stretch to say he can kill spirits.

I rather got the impression that some of the people here are pretty biased towards Fate and KnK.

Don't forget Waver Velvet - Lord El-Melloi II (standing next to Lorelei)! I know that he is still only an average magus and wouldn't stand a chance in this fight, but since he was one the people who dismantled the Greater Grail 10 years after the 5th Holy Grail War it would be interesting if he came to help steal back control of it from Roa. Also, I had kinda hoped that when Iskander was summoned by Roa, Waver would arrive, and when Iskander sees Waver they would have an amazing bro-hug (you know they would) and then ask if Waver had conquered the world yet and overthrown Bill Clinton, how far did he get in his video games and then pull a deus ex machina and crush Roa with their awesomeness.

Yes, but arcueid during that time she is walking on "daylight" and a lower existence than when she is under the full moon or when she's Archtype earth. Shiki needs to concentrate or "understand" more on the existence of servants, functions and concept because they are actually spiritual beings now that they are just called by the grail, Honestly, even if he does concentrate or even understand, his brain will only "overload" causing him a very painful head ache. Tohno shiki doesn't have feats of killing spiritual beings or let's say ghosts. He is NOT Ryougi shiki and he is NOT on Ryougi Shiki's level when it comes to MEoDP. Also, people seems to Overrate shiki so much. Shiki can't even compete to many servants in terms of Speed and Reaction speed. He is only supersonic+ in speed and hypersonic attack speed. Many servants such as Saber, Lancer, Rider, Archer heck even Assassin(Kojiro) and Berserker are all Hypersonic+ in terms of speed and Reaction. Rider alone can speed blitz Shiki.

 

So, that fight with Berserker in the beginning is complete utter bullshit and so as Shiki killing a reality marble, the Unlimited blade works. I also never understand why the Fate verse is having SO much trouble with the Tsukihime verse because lancer's gae bolg can finish Nero chaos and Roa(I've read this doujin a year ago so my memory is quite blurry against lancer. I don't know even if he appears on this doujin or not).  But then again, this is only a doujinshi and it's clear the author is bias on the Tsukihime side just because the Strongest character of Type moon resides on tsukihime. I would freaked out more if this is a official crossover.

What i don't like the most is how shiki killed berserker in an instant. First of all his brain or MEoDP is not strong enough to trace a servant's line or points. This is still a very good doujin but so many inaccuracies.

Might I remind that Nero is #10 and Wallachia is #13 among the DAAs. I disagree that most DAAs are stronger than Nero and Wallachia. Some are, but not most, especially in Nero's case. Wallachia's kill condition is simply hard to pull off, especially without the Crimson Moon.

Those numbers are the Church's ranking for the most dangerous to humanity.

I wouldn't say the Fate cast is weak, it's just that they're in close proximity to Shiki, who can kill so fast and Arc who simply has a lot of power to begin with.

Of course if they all got into one fighting game, then I'll say whomever I'm using will win, regardless if the other character is stronger story-wise.

@MAGNUM777 I wouldn't say that Fate is stronger overall considering the top tiers of Tsukihime are still stronger that Fate top tiers. Arcueid is still sealing 70% of her power to conceal her bloodlust, Ciel who is also holding back is stronger than 30% Arc in her strongest form while Roa who required the combined force of Arc+the church to take down is now considerably weaker than his original state. Not to mention that there are still the rest of the 27 DAAs, most of which are even stronger than Nrvnqsr and Wallachia.
Fate simply has MORE strong characters since the original visual novel was a battle royale between mages and heroic spirits and is more action oriented while the Tsukihime novel had more of a mystery/horror theme to it.

You're right about servants pwning pretty much everyone else though and Shiki not being able to kill servants as his brain would explode from even attempting that. Leave those things to Ryougi.

@cocci, not really. Overall, the fate cast is much stronger. The only tsukihime characters that can match a servant are Roa, Nrvnqsr, and Arcueid. Shiki canonically would not be able to kill a servant, though Ciel can hold her own against own (but not win)

However, if you toss in KT and Melty Blood, then you get monsters like Aoko (though she would still lose against Caster), Kishima Kouma, and Wallachia.

Well it makes sense that the tsuki cast is stronger. Arc is supposed to be 4 times stronger than saber, shiki is able to kill anything, ciel can fight against arc, while shirou and rin are just novice mages, saber is gimped without prana. of course gil, who has a hard counter to nero, and sakura (though she is already down for the count) are the only ones to accomplish anything.

To be honest Tsukihime was chock full of uber strong people. The fact that even humans can kill servants shows that fate characters will be relatively weak.

The Fate cast has been the highlight of the past several chapters, but they're really weak... This is coming from someone who likes Fate, but the only Fate character that has managed to look cool and actually do something (kill someone) is Gilgamesh... Unlike Shirou, who may have the Trace and does all the shouting, etc. but is half-useless.

The Tsukihime cast, on the other hand, pwns in the one (latest) chapter they majorly star in. Talk about differences in power scaling.

@manga2x : Yes T-Moon Complex Zero only focus on Fate/Zero, filled with comedy.
But I wouldn't say that it doesn't entirely have to do with volume 7 of this series =9.
