Twelve Nights

I mentioned this update in the "English translation?" thread but thought it would be worth mentioning here as well.

The series on Spottoon is complete as of December 2016. With the exception of the free episodes, each episode requires keys to unlock. There are ways to earn free keys (e.g. add a friend), but for the most part they need to be purchased.

Spottoon changed the availability of their free episodes, which is now a rotating block of 10 episodes. As of now (February 3, 2017) the free episodes are almost halfway through Season 3 and have passed the old fan translation back in December 2016.

The last fan translation was #53, which is Ep.57 on Spottoon. If you want to continue reading from there, Ep.58 expires around March 1, 2017 so now would be a good time to start getting caught up if you don't want to spend money to buy keys.

Do you mean it's hard for the reader to not see "Nabi" as a woman, or hard for the emperor?  As for the emperor, it's obvious, since more often than not he's seen the prince as Nabi, not Hong, and never seen them side by side (which, obviously, would be impossible).  As for me, at least, I've always seen the prince as a dude.  One who's forced (sort of) to cross-dress in order to hide his identity and reclaim the throne...while trying to hook up the girl he loves with the half-brother he's supposed to kill.  So glad I'm not royalty, lol.

On the matter of the emperor's obsession with Nabi, though...it's likely because they're blood related.  There have been plenty of tales of twins separated at birth or siblings adopted out to different parents who met, feel in love, then discovered they were siblings.  I think there's a natural attraction that occurs among blood-related family members, that--when you grow up around them--is naturally expressed platonically.  However, when outside of the normal context of growing up together, most people mistake that deeper affection for romantic love, and then things get awkward.  I gotta say, I really pity the emperor in all this mess, because you know he'll be heartbroken, feel betrayed, and likely grossed out by the time this is all said and done.

From the emperor's viewpoint:

The Red-light district(Not sure how to call it) Nabi lived in was long rumored to support the rebels. Nabi was also especially close to the owner(who was suspected to be close to the legitimate royal family, was already confirmed to be a traitor once, and later confirmed to be funding the rebels).

 

Then the musician (that Nabi supposedly married) was suspected(maybe confirmed) to be part of the rebels.

 

 She is very skilled with negotiation and well educated, meaning someone got her the backing for that and could also mean she was raised to gather information this way(which she was).  Plus Nabi was rumored as the greatest beauty (all emperor's want the best), and suspiciously disappeared the moment the emperor showed too much interest in the pleasure palace.

 

The assassination attempt alone was enough to confirm her as a rebel. So yeah, add her saying that she wanted the country and it's not strange to make that connection. So at the very least, Nabi is an agent of Crimson Moon. However, since he's in love with her, he can't imagine that she isn't wanted by his rival (isn't that a guy's deepest insecurity? that the rival will also be in love with and take his woman).

The worst part of this webtoon is that, no matter what happens, someone is getting NTRd. Problem is that you don't know what pairing you vote for, since half of the best ones are fake, and the other half are tragic. It's hard to not see Nabi as a woman.

Well, there's more than that.

So finally Jin Won decided to become serioous and forceful this time but how did he came to the comclusion that Nabi is Yi Hwis woman...I can't help but feel really sad for all of them especially JIn Won since the woman he wants to make his is not a real woman rather his sworn enemy from whom he decided to take everything(Oh God......)

This series is awesome, I wish translations were a bit faster.

Btw, raws are around 50 chapter ahead right now(but i think it will end in a few chapters).

There are some bubbles with Korean text over the translation in the latest chapter (s2 ch18)

Probably not the right place to say this, but isn't the credits/artwork from Divine Bells kinda... spoilery? Unless I've missed a lot of updates from it or something...
