I read the oneshot because I got curious.
You were right.
Right? I felt the same why while reading it.
For a one shot, they seemed to refer to a lot of past events.
It was cute. Good kids. Good friends. Cute love. Plus, there wasn't much room for characterization but they all seemed individual and some cut against a stereotype or two.
