So you are saying that we should have more than 10 children in our lives? Even married couples use condoms and other ways to not have "offspring" in non-convenient moments of having children. Not everybody is rich in the world, fellow. And almost nobody is celibate-ish enough to have sex only when they want children. They will have sex less than 10 times in all their damn time living on Earth if they want to have only 3 children (many families out there wish to have less than that).

Also, expecting people to be hygienical at the point condoms are dispensable is like expecting people to be so peaceful, harmonic, harmless and conscient that countries, government, laws and all other things that control the ways of human interaction are also dispensable.
