What is up with that "On July 1945, the final curtain dropped on the Meiji Era" on Ch 9 Page 34? Didn't the Meiji Era end in July 1912 (Meiji 45)? Also, it's clear there's a time skip, but no way is it a time skip from Spring 1911 (the previous scene) to Summer 1945. The characters would be much older, and Tokyo would not be a pleasant place to live, having been recently burnt to the ground. I think this perhaps an error.
a little bit cliche but it's still nice...really recommended...
It's intriguing that the manga is titled "Tokyo Lastochika". Does the second word have a native japanese meaning that I'm not aware of? The only way I am able to read it is by comparison to the russian "ласточка" which should be tsubame - now that I notice it, also written in the alt-titles.
To this end the ending fits the title, but still - such mixed feelings!
It was a good ending to the story, but still ... i would have loved a different outcome just because tragedy is abundand in RL, don't wont any in my manga.
the feels are too damn high!
Thanks for the update maiden-lane.

Thank you Maiden Lane Translations.
Well, 0 of 0 connected for me. How do I fix this? T_T
15 seeds atm, should be fine. 99.9% of the material on there has seeds, they have a system in place to ensure that.
Currently downloading the one you mentioned, but it has 0 seeds. T_T
thanks for the update! if that's the case, I'm going to put this on the backburner. I'm almost finished translating it from my side since it's very short and simple to understand for the most part, but in the meantime, everyone please refer to bakabt if you're dying to know what happens. I know that a manga subscription site bought Tokyo Lastochika's licensing and translated the rest, but they since went under and don't exist anymore.. the scans on bakabt may be from that.
Online readers don't seem to have it but there's a completed version in english up for download on bakabt. I read it a couple of months ago while in search for manga similiar to Emma. The translation there is of considerably lower quality though so I wouldn't call your work wasted.
really? in English? if so, could you please let everyone know where and I can stop translating.. there are other abandoned series out there I could focus on..
I almost cried tears of joy to see this updated *sniff*
You can read all the story to the end if you know where to look for.
GOD EXIST!!!
Someone needs to finish translating this manga :c

wow. that apology in chapter 5 would almost never happen. It excites me that a writer is putting this into their story.
Wow, no new chapters ever since? Such a sad thing to happen to good manga
