It's the year 2020 AD, and Tokyo II is a city infested with crime. Women can no longer go out in the streets alone without being victimized. Not wanting their daughter to suffer the same fate, Tsukasa Kozuki's cop parents raise her as a boy. When they are suddenly killed by one of the yakuza's in-fights, Tsukasa is left orphaned on the streets along with her three brothers. With no other options, she goes to the only person she can think of for help: pokerface Ryuji Shirogami, her classmate of 8 years and also the head leader of the powerful yakuza group, Kuryugumi. Ryuji, whose father was also a victim of the same yakuza fight, agrees to take her on as his personal bodyguard. As they set out to find their enemy, Ryuji slaps an increasing amount of debt onto Tsukasa, using all manner of ploys to keep the reluctant Tsukasa by his side. |

My ultimate favorite manga of all times. I have reread it so many times and never get tired of it. I just wish it had more chapters. I need a continuation of them in high school and their love life. I love it though!!
Has anybody noticed that in chp 102, they have 3 pgs that have empty bubbles in them?
I always just h/c that they're in High School instead of Junior High and that they're in their late teens instead
Please Nakamura sensei, don't end Skip Beat like Tokyo Paradise. I loved Kure Para but that ending... I wanted to see moarrr, all that teasing and no cake =(
Remind me of Skip Beat.... Wait, it's the same author. Well, that explains a lot.
Yep, also finished rereading it yet another time.
Her age description is a little off in my opinion. 16 to 17 would have been better than 14,
Around the end there were hot and cold waves running over my body. And then there was that particular idiotic grinning that comes with a good ending..
Really good but... Has someone ever understand the "tokyo crazy paradise's tsukasa" in the last part ? xD
THANKS, SALITY!!!
