Wow, this old man is a top tier troll I swear.

It's been 4 years now... When are they going to make sequel already?!

This series kinda sucked compared to the first. None of the arcs were fun like the last one.

The schemes were dull in comparison and seeing Suezaki overreact every single fucking chapter tired me out.

When he does make a sequel I seriously hope we don't see Suezaki again fuck.

Who wants to bet Surabe lost a game, leading to him being crippled and his mouth disfigured? And now he's coming to ask Zero to help.

Thank you for translating some FKMT that involved uplifting moments instead of suffering.

DAMN IT FUKUMOTO, NOT AGAIN DON'T DO THIS TO ME

Please ;_;

Would anyone else like to think that

So if the criminal knew that he was locked up in glass room, why didn't he try to divert people away from it.

Because he was positive that the old man won't know that he was the culprit (They mentioned it earlier).

I wish Zero were a little bit more competitive.

Zero is super competitive. Don't forget that he's doing all this stuff in the 2nd part to catch up to his buddy from the 1st part he's trying to surpass. The only reason he might not seem aggressive about eliminating his opponents in this arc was because there was nobody that was on his level (with the possible exception of the director himself - when you think about it, the "conflict" in this arc was Zero vs. the director's puzzles).

From previous event we already know Okajima should be excluded. So that leaves the siblings. At first my suspect goes to Sawako too due to her airhead, but looking at that airflip performance, I guess the airhead is more like an inherit from her father. So that leaves...

Yeah, I'm also suspicious about Sawako: her excessive airhead attitude could be an excellent excuse for being useless during the investigation.

I bet that Sawako did it, and when exposed she's gonna say she did it for her son.

Thanks for finishing off that volume. I am curious to see what the final puzzle will be to find the corridor.

Yes, I'm familiar with most of Fukumoto's works. Even so, Zero's Fukumoto's fastest-paced manga yet, the result of a conscious effort by the author, and it's only slowed down a little for the Kijurou arc. The wait between part 1 and part 2 of Zero took roughly 2 years. I don't think it's too unreasonable to expect part 3 will be coming sometime 2-3 years down the line.

Yeah touche'. Of course you're familiar with his other works, the manga has a small but dedicated fan base and anyone who's read one of his works would most definitely have at least checked out the others.

But yeah, definitely he put a lot of effort into releasing this one, if only he would do it for Kaiji!-_-

Aha. Have you read Fukumoto's other manga, Akagi?

It's been over a decade now (IRL) and they're still playing the same match of mahjong. Notorious for dragging things on, get ready for a looong wait. Maybe.

Yeah Part 2 is about Zero building up the resources to probably execute the plan which he discussed with Shirube in part 1. I only hope the break between part 2 and 3 isn't long.

The MC is solving crimes and making large bets to earn money to participate in the high stakes gambling game from part 1. As soon as he has enough, the main plot should continue.

this arc dragged on for almost half the series, whatever happened to the plot from the prequel....

Damn cliffhangers!

That was a serious Zawa in the new chapter.
