I know it comes as no surprise when someone dies in this story, but you get really attached to the characters and then they're killed off.

You can say that again. And it's not like there was an announcement on a credits page or anything, so screw the people who just added this manga to their follow list, I guess. :/

I should have read the comments before starting to read this.  Guess I'll read it elsewhere.  As great as batoto is, removing chapters is really fucking stupid.

FYI you can read up to the latest chapter (ch 18 atm) on Comixology.com, or Comixology.eu for continentals like me. It's less than a dollar/euro per chapter and you support the creator!

Exactly. I saw 5 chapters getting uploaded at once then deleted. You can read chapters 15 to 17 at sense scans but they don't have 12 to 14 anymore. Anyone knows what happened?

I'm pretty sure he was referring to the fact that some of the chapters posted today were translated more than a month ago, but took that long to get loaded here. I also believe some of the chapters were removed from Sense's readers for being on their server too longer.

 

There is one other chapter translated that falls under that one week delay policy not posted for that reason.

It would be interesting to see an arc about an old man or womand who has lived a fulfilling life and is welcoming death. So far most deaths appear to have been cases of people who died before their time, so having the immortal be met with someone who is acceptinve of their fate would be fun. Mostly though I do not want the immortal to become depressed.

Do you seriously think she or her country have any chance against an immortal being that can't be killed and also has the ability to transform into anything it wants to? Hell it went full spirit bear on their asses and I am surprised they are stupid enough to still give chase to something that can easily wipe their city off the map as it nearly did earlier.
