So, if this title wasn't meant to be complete bs, the only solution of "The Lily you can't get without sex" would be the flower called "Lily/Lilium sp.".

I mean, I couldn't find any mention of ordinary lilies in the manga, so I see little reason to think that the "yuri" in the title refers to them. Second, language evolves and changes as we use it (and therefore citing the origin of a word when determining the meaning of a word is inconclusive, you also need to take into account how the word has changed since its origin and the context).
