the author seems to think that society is blameless for every problem the old man saw, which i find ridiculous

It was a good read, thanks for uploading. It's always nice when something a little older and lesser known (at least to western audiences) get's uploaded like this, even if it doesn't gain the same following as more common or more mainstream manga.
