Wow. What a place to go on hiatus.....
Meanwhile, it's pretty decent in that "Everyone's neurotic" manhwa kind of way.
OK, this reads left to right and has characters named An Na Suh and the art style gives it away too. It's definitely a manwha, not a manga.
Ed. to add: Oh yeah, and they live in Seoul.
