Thanks for your work on this manga; it is a shame it was cancelled, it was quite interesting. Thanks again and great work as usual
Yeah, this does seem more like the end of a Volume or an Arc, rather than an entire series. Although sad, I think this ending was far better than some of the rushed endings that I've seen get forced onto a canceled series, but that's really just because this one didn't really have time to get a bunch of hanging plot threads that it might need to tie up to actually have an 'ending'.
Still, A Shame.
It was a little bit slow to expect high sales straight away, but it was by no means a bad series. Another victim of jumpy management.
Canceled? It didn't even get a blatantly obvious rushed ending (if you could have told me the author suddenly got sick and dropped the manga, I would have believed you.)
simply put the sales of the first volume were the factor for renewal, if it made enough it got to continue if it didn't then it would get axed. as I understand it that had been the deal from day one so its not like this was sprung on the creator or nothing. least that's how i understood it.
Awww man. This could have gone on for another 20-40 chapters. Wonder why they cancelled it--can't imagine it not having a decent following.

Well, assuming this guy is here to stay, whose pet is he/she/it is becoming? Natsuki's? Aoi's? Or is it Haruka's turn to get her own blue-eyed space jelly (Attack/Defense not 3000/3000, but moe level is over 9000)
