Satoru, the oldest, doesn't really mind, but she wants to be a doctor, so her focus is medical school. Ogami, the youngest, hates it and goes to a school far away so that none of her classmates will know about her family. Hikari, the middle sister, loves it, and since both her sisters are uninterested in taking over from their dad, she is the de facto heir.

A really amazing manga.  A lot more to it than typical shoujo of cute girls doing cute things (not that I dislike those).  It explores the feelings of young girls with respect to responsibility and their own emotions (actually, PLG put this better than I can in an earlier comment).  I also loved how it showed the tolerance of both religions (something that should be practiced more in many religious sects today).  It was rather open-ended, but I think that really adds to the story.  I highly recommend this manga,  Thanks, Mizusawa Sensei and Megchan's Scanlations, for bringing this to us.

Wait how is this series over just like that... Way to short and nothing gets resolved... Did it get canceled or something even though with the events they did for it?

Wow.

It's amazing how thoroughly this story has pulled me in - I find myself liking all the characters and wishing the best for them, but in a way that is both quiet and gentle and yet insistent and steady at the same time.

This really is a hidden gem ... at least for me!

Thanks once again to the scanalators!

Poor Hikari ... do your best! Very interested to see not only how things turn out, but the progression of things as well.

This is good so far ... quiet and peaceful ... almost like an early summer day when there is no wind and the sun is shining warmly, but not yet "uncomfortably hot".

And that scene of the kiddos walking home from school and singing a sutra in unison made me giggle! XD

Thanks for the new chapter \o/

This manga is very . . . nice.  It's the best word I can come up with, but I mean it in a good way.  It's kind of refreshing--nice people who have feelings and longings but think about responsibilities and stuff as well.

(Edited to add:  Not that I really understand that perspective.  I've always been more of a "love conquers all" type, myself)

>Buddha and Jesus together up in the sky drinking

D'aawwww ... what an enjoyable story with interesting characters!

Followed. :)

Thanks for the work in releasing the chapters!

:') I'm so proud of all them :') what good kids :'))))))))))))))

*inserts "it's alive!" meme here* Thanks for the new chapters, I had forgotten about this manga.

All this mention of Buddhism and Christianity is pointless and highly heretical.
There is only the God Emperor.
And I bring forth his fury!

Repent and die!

lovely manga about religion.

I was also like Hika when i was younger when my friends asked me to go to those sunday church groups with them as I myself was buddhist, but realized most religions are very open minded to others, at least in my experience with it, so didnt really get much of an issue after that.

what a refreshing departure from the usual shoujo. definitely following.

This 'should' happens....
