Actually, by posting the manga and its description without the chapters, there is less confusion of people trying to repeatedly add it. It shows that they are aware of its existence but dont post the chapters out of respect to the authors.
I respect Batoto immensely for respecting scanlators' wishes, but I still don't get why some don't want their work uploaded to Batoto. All that happens is people read them on garbage leecher sites like Mangahere and Mangafox.
