It's a typical love triangle story. Dense main girl, childhood friend who likes mc, and a new guy who moves in. The new guy who moves in has a younger brother who is 10 years old, the same age as the MC's younger brother.
So the characters are: Main girl, childhood friend, new guy, main girl's younger brother (10?), new guy's younger brother (10?)
It's sad that no one is picking up this series for English translation.
From the description, it sounds like a love dodecahedron story... Is it?
