Oh that was a good one. Wasn't sure where it was going at first, but the ending was great. Love the art in the last few pages.

Glad you're enjoying it! The stories have similar themes, and some have similar settings, but all in all, they're actually quite varied.
What an interesting collection, I wasn't expecting all these short one off chapters. A lot of them feel the same, but it's different side of Leiji's work I'm unfamiliar with, which is always a treat.

Main character in the first story was a jerk.
I still enjoyed the twist a the end.
This very much feels like an old issue of Heavy Metal.
