Actually, chapter 11 is that she hints that he is gaining weight, which makes the ground shake more when he runs
It's corruption through the fact that he doesn't need to pay because he's her brother.
Chapter 10 he's sad that he's not going to see her for 2 days, thus wants to sleep to make those days pass faster.
Chapter 11 the tremors would be the ground shaking from the giant robot or whatever he is running to see her, he's sad 'cause he got scolded and his friend is trying to comfort him.
Kinda like Big Daddy and Little Sister.

The fact that it has to be explained like this for someone to simply understand what's going on means it's not a good scanlation. Hopefully Jailbreak scans will polish up and also drop all the "nii-chan" stuff.
Want to give it a go and explain the last panels of ch 10 and 11?
Fourth panel. Darkened background, sharp and spiky outlines, "ブルブル" sound effects all signify Nii-chan's distress. Plus the chapter name puts Nii-chan vs (versus, against) florists, indicating that they are the reason for his distress.
Ch9 is lost on me as well. Let's hope ch10 clarifies things.
Sorry, typo, I meant ch9 is nothing but confusion for me. Not ch8, that was understandable enough; except, I fail to see the time jealousy you speak of.
Little Kitten wants to earn her own money because she feels bad about spending Nii-chan's money all the time. She also wants bring flowers to her mother's grave. Working at a flower shop would allow her to do both. Nii-chan is jealous of florists that would be spending time with Little Kitten when he can't.
