As said twice in the comment area, this is an anthology, so the chapters are not connected to each other in any way. Thus, we are typesetting whichever chapters we like to do first XD
That's what an anthology is. Different mangaka's draw up a chapter for it and they put it together. That's why all the different art styles and just small side stories.
I believe the right way to respond to the Asuna X Kirito chapter is: "Blow up Real Lifers." "リア充爆発しろ"
It's an anthology, ie. Different artist draw their own versions of SAO. It's quite common with popular works. Usually, each story will be a standalone comic.

out of Sword Art Online Mangas , i only like the Progressive Version since the Art is soo good !
