He appears like that also in Himaruya's second manga Barjona Bomber and when he appears in Hetalia and the Noto-sama PC game.
I would ove it if the mc ends up anouncing to every one,
"I'm not gay and i get loads of !@$$# and i &%#!#% your mom last night!!"
I... wow.
I did not think I would be reading something that would make Hetalia seem tame, refined, and sensible by comparison.
I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this was not--could not have been--it. Whatever this is. It's kind of garbage, and kind of amazing. And all the while heading down a broadly swirling spiral of madness.
Also, I think this needs a shounen-ai tag as of chapter 8. The BL here is definitely at least as gratuitous as it is played for gags. While we're at it, I might almost suggest taking away the slice-of-life, because while I can't say there's a plot as such, slice-of-life seems like a misleading description for this giant lump of high-paced insanity.
