While the manga did follow the game storyline quite accurately (adding some very unnecessary characters though) the pacing was pretty off. It's obvious it was meant to be a longer series, seeing as at ch15 we're about one third into the plot of the game. The last 5 chapters we're really rushed. Character development was abandoned after the introduction of Quark. While I found a pervert Cliff kinda amusing, he was a fucking badass in the game. Other characters also didn't have much time to show, lest to develop.
All in all, if you can't play the game yet want to know the story, it's worth it. If you can play the game, PLAY IT. It's vastly superior. At least Fayt isn't a hopeless pussy in the game....
oh..so this is what happened in the end. it was kinda confusing for me when i played the game. they used their own power to convert the eternal sphere server data into a real dimension.
That was actually a better ending than the game.
I loved the game and the manga did pretty much give me a better view of the fight between Albel and Cliff back on albacore.

This manga does fulfill something I always wanted in the game, which was to be able to bring Albel, Nel, Roger, and Peppita all together.

Played the game when I stayed with my friend who had a PS2. It was a nice game and an interesting story.
I really appreciate creative mind of us humans! Think about we are able to learn,create and inspire from each other! It's really marvelous
