true, personally like drawing natural backgrounds a bit more and this city in particular has a very strange shape, it's a bit like a quarter circle, built in/on the mountain
The odd perspective really jumps out at me, but the overall style works well, just needs to hit those vanishing points more uniformly in the backgrounds.

Liked the first chapter, your coloring is really good, though line art(is what they call the figures i presume) is kind of shabby but it will probably get better as you draw more chapters. Still art was good in my opinion. You should also take care of typesetting like others said. Story seems well-thought for now, we will see. Hope to read more soon 
There're a lot of languages, but the first part at least will take place where everyone talks common.... so English for us

Hmm...looks like this could be interesting. The typesetting looks a bit awkward, though, IMO.
Still, the art looks good and the story seems like it has potential so I'll follow.
