Mangacow is translating it, go to their website.
DUDE, everytime I go to their website on my laptop it crashes. Plus there is only like 20 chapters on their website, and the release schedule was at like 200 already. sigh, looks like im going to have to learn some korean...
cause naver started asking all their stuff be taken down as they have an english group of webtoons being translated
WTF?! Why all chapters were deleted?
http://mngacow.com/soul-cartel/ already up to 122
mangacow
So if Vendetta drop the project, where can i find the new Chapters?
Seems like Vendetta scans dropped this... damn :/
Seems like a different group's translating it now, though....
WUT?you understood this from two lines uttered by a being who might even be fake(illusion/clone/shapeshifting etc.)
wow...Gretchen is such a bitch
He´s trying to corrupt Faust with his own failures and mistakes he did during his lifetime to break him and cause him to fall into despair? Quite the coin-toss scenario (well, and a cheap and efficient option to try out. That archdevil´s acting kinda pragmatic - if he got a backup plan, that is). Either Faust managed to get over stuff like that during he past several hundred years the philosophical way by finding a suitable solution to whatever moral dilemma they´re trying to put him right now... or he didn´t.
Not to worry, Faust is equipped with Omega Plot Armor! There's just no stopping him - I'd be more worried about Shi-hoon and Soo-in at the moment.
Oh crap...
This might not end that well for Faust.
Neither Michael nor the archdevils have been all that impressive up until now ... sure, they´re possibly able to level a town in a respectable amount of time, but it´s far from the hype about Mephisto "causing incredible damage to the human world". Destroying several towns or even a few whole major cities is bad, but ... yeah ... either they´re weaker than their respective hype suggests or they´re holding back quite a bit.
Nor it is Beelzebub's,I'm afraid.
Lol that's not even Mephistopheles' Final form
Well, artistically that was a nice chapter, it seems the plot fell asleep though.
Seriously, they spend more than one chapter explaining this shit.God's signature (which the contract has, renewed or otherwise)validates automatically all contracts by angel''s law.
Back then he renewed his old contract with Mephisto ... the one that actually conforms with said law because it got gods signature.
Why did Faust explain his refusal to enter a contract with Mastema by upholding an angel's law while he had entered into contract with Mephistopheles not long ago?
It's like Faust vs Devil Faust.
Dis gon be gewd.
@Lunari: Kaballah or Jewish mysticism is a much later tradition, which I believe started in the late medieval periods (1200s). The source I'm quoting from below is second temple (200s) :
Hananiah the emperor Hadrian said: "You say that no portion of the heavenly hosts sings praise to the Lord twice, but that God daily hears new angels who sing his praise [based on Lam. iii. 23] and then go. Whither do they go?" Whereupon Joshua replied: "To the stream of fire whence they emanated" (Dan. vii. 10). H.: "What is the character of this stream?" J.: "It is like the Jordan, which ceases not to flow by day or by night." H.: "And whence comes the stream of fire? " J.: "From the sweat of the living creatures of God's chariot, which drops from them under the burden of God's throne".

Different ahn "kinds/types" of angels have different elements.
Seraphs are fire, Cherubi are wind.
So where did you see angels are all fire?
Maybe its the "Angel rank" in the hierarchy?
Or an overall element since they are spiritual beings?
And like that there are The Four Archangels (to specify this certain 4, there are more).
Each is attributed an element, a direction, and a kind of angel.
They are also assigned colors, seasons and even planets along many other things, but then I think this is overall mysticism and not the kabbalah.
But when I say element you shouldn't take it only as face value, they are also symbolism.
This is the occidental symbolism of elements, it influences zodiac, Tarot and probably other things as well.
Fire is the domain of energy. Creativity, movement, enthusiasm, creation. What makes you move, what gives you energy.
Water is the realm of sentiments. Feelings, emotions, sensitivity and so associated with wisdom, sub/un-conscious (and spirituality too?, I think?).
Air is the domain of the Mind. It is intellect, reason, rationality. It is the mind at its highest and most impartial [no emotions (water) or drive/wants (fire) to cloud over it]. Mental faculty and knowledge.
And Earth is the domain of all material things, and so as of the world. It is sense, sensibility, practicality and also the body, because in the end, all things of matter are made of it.
So Gabriel, as the Archangel of water, is the archangel of sentiments, delicacy of feelings and rules over emotions.
Think of archangels as the epitome, the incarnation of all of it. The same way The Virtues (angel rank) would be the max representation/manifestation of a said virtue.
Note:Please note that this symbolism of elements is completely different of the oriental symbolism, elements there are handed differently. There it's five elements to begin with, and though some, like fire, might be somewhat alike you shouldn't think that others, like water for instance, will be.
So you, manga fan reading this beware, occidental take on elements isn't the same as the oriental one.
In India it might, or might not be.
Approach different symbolism with caution and care, don't try to understand one based on another on risk of BSODing your brain and risking corruption of all of the previous understanding you had on your HD.
