I now understand the meaning of fan-service.
Sorry, forgot to clear this out.
This manga was once licensed by a USA company that went defunct and only in 2010 their license rights expired.
I was supposed to work on this last year but things happened so I am doing it now.
It helps pay for the expenses of buying the raw and/or the tank.
Yup, believe or not, good raws are, sometimes, something you have to buy and can't find on the WWW.
