This is just genius . We've being going at it wrong all this time; the way to go is not panty shots, but going NOPAN! Now I feel filthy looking at panty shots!! What has happened to me!!?

What the F--- did I stumble upon? First two pages were enough to make me pause over a manga in a long time... its brilliant, its not really "ecchi" as much as pure comedy of "don't look!". Although the real cake goes to the president.

It depends on how heavy of a skirt they use during winter. A kilt is in the same type of situation and those are traditionally worn with no underwear during Scottish winters in areas with a large amount of wind.
