I'd really like to read the original version of this manga. The author Kajiwara Ikki also wrote Ashita no Joe under the pen-name Takamori Asao, which is one of the most influential sports manga ever.

wow..despite what other people say this is really interesting. the setup and the characters are similar to ahiru no sora but yea the main character is not as wimpy and the art is cleaner too. i hope the male lead gets to win the girl tho unlike in AnS. he does say some really nice words so yea he's waaaay cooler than his AnS counterpart.
I thought I would never read another baseball manga again.... Then this came :/
Is there a way to remove the first page / credits page where it gives away one of the most touching moments so far in the manga?
Good series, different from a lot other baseball series including the one's involving delinquents and burned out players. Also, chapter 12 is on mangahere.com if anyone wants to read it/grab it for batoto
Well, it's not bad . . . but doesn't seem all that great right now, either.
I'll wait for it to gain some more momentum before I judge it completely, so I'll follow it fer now.
