Description: Since long ago, a bitter rivalry and feud has long existed between two clans, the Toujo and Toyoda families. Because of this feud, it has long been Kanade's job as a shinobi to ensure the safety of Keigo, a member of the Toujo family, ever since childhood. Her devotion to her duty as a guard is a source of contention for Keigo, who would rather have her as a childhood friend than as a protector.

Of course, this protection extends all the way to school, so when kanade comes across the Eishi Toyoda in class, the heir to the Toyoda family, she is initially hostile. After an attack, Kanade soon discovers Eishi is not exactly who she expected, and that threats to Keigo's safety do not just exist from the Toyoda family but within the Toujo family itself.

Salve, grazie per il vostro lavoro, volevo sapere se la traduzione in italiano rimarrà incompiuta  :(

Spoiler below (somewhat... ) I noticed that Eishi pats Kanade's head a lot, whereas Keigo doesn't as much as he did in the beginning. It was because of Kanade's rejection of the gesture at that time, I suppose. It's upsetting that the scenes with Keigo patting her head are not like that of Eishi's. :/

Hm, that's the second time I start reading this manga. Now with more chapters! *oh, WoW*

Actually I am a huge fan of GB mangas and I often see a repetitive abuse of certain patterns. What I came to say is that Kirishima Sou, author of this manga and raven;od, lacks something to write a decent story. His art is pretty good and I like it, but action scenes are bad and its hard to follow who does what without pointing it out. Also in both of his GB works he accelerate the plot in no particular direction. The main lead he creates, end up being an underdog just after a couple of chapters. Completely crushing the joy of immersion in a story. And here is a bit of my rambling as I try to learn how to create such posts.

It seems like the genres of the manga should include reverse harem (if there's even a tag for that; I wouldn't know. :D). There are usually multiple guys fighting for one love interest, and so it goes all over the place most often. One chapter is encouraging one character and then the next goes to the other. Kind of like the routes of otome games and whatnot. That somewhat points toward to a bit of a messy plot. (I'd agree on the fast pace of the manga. There a lot of the really captivating mangas and animes do that often though--probably.)

Keigo is likable, though there are other characters that, in my case, I find bearable as well. Eishi is fine too... Which is why I'm somewhat impartial to either side... But then a bit biased for Keigo, which also gets countered with Eishi and other characters being likable. :| All the more reason why I'm impartial.

As for how there are a lot of weapons hidden within the uniform of Toyoda's shinobi,(or placed in some spot beforehand) there are probably more ways than one to be able to fit them properly. It's not impossible.

And for Keigo's sword... a locker perhaps? He had time before going up to the roof.

On the matter of Kanade, I am a bit bothered by how she forgets to serve and stay by Keigo as she is supposed to, and she doesn't stay as strong-willed as she was in the beginning (as with many comics as far as I know of), but then she did mention in one of the first number of chapters about how meeting Eishi was changing her (and continuing to change too). One thing to remember though, is that Kanade is still pretty strong in physical aspects, since she can fight well.

There is at least one aspect of GB. I mean, Kanade cross-dresses. That's technically it.

The manga and characters aren't all that boring, though some of it (like a ship that a reader wants to be canon not existing) can be disappointing, overall it's interesting and good enough.

I wrote too much too. Yay.  (  . _ .)

I will be harsh on this, because I still hope to see some good in the work. Pardon my disrespect. Really, Kanade?! Umm, I mean, Author-sensei?! Where do you want to go with this story? You practically change your course every one chapter, two at most. Please, I love your art, but do your homework on story building. I wonder if the editor has any control on this work anymore.

Oh crap, Lovely Scans finally caught up. I'd love to continue translating and typesetting since those parts are easy but I'm extremely busy with college work so I don't have time to clean raws. Anybody willing to help out? I'd be super grateful! ^^

Typo on p30 of ch16. I meant "easiest," but the process of editing things on Batoto is so slow and inconvenient that I won't be re-uploading the chapter just to fix one error.

Sorry about that. Photoshop doesn't have a spell checker for some reason and although I proofread my work, I read to check my grammar and fluency so I tend to glaze over small mistake quite easily.

thanks  for updates ^^

Well there are 10 chapters and one extra left until the end of this series, so there is plenty of room for improvement. I don't really have an qualms about the 'beach date' trope (if that's what you're referring to), which continues in ch15. It turns out to be pretty funny and adorable :3 .

Was interesting, and then it fell into a really boring arc of stale tropes

at times like these, threesome is the answer

Yaoi? Yes its Yaoi!! ψ(`∇´)ψ

Usotsuki Yaoi?

I kinda feel like I don't know what this manga is about anymore :D :D

Wow... the transition from volume 2 to 3 is extremely awkward!

Can't agree more. This manga is annoying to read and I have no idea why it hasn't been axed yet. Only reading to see if Keigo gets better.

I Feel Like This is a Yaoi Trap disguised as a gender bender.

what a crappy manga

What's with this sudden ToujoxToyoda easy alliance? I know shojos don't work with too much complex topic, but now that the two families aren't at odds anymore, I feel like losing a big deal of the story background. And it's confirmed that our heroine has no practical use of her existence anymore.

Manga started strong and got worse by the chapter and was incredibly cliché and predictable... it left a bad taste after reading something few manga ever were able to

carino ma un po' confuso su qualche punto. Più leggo più comincio a capire le varie parti, comunque ora sono troppo impaziente di vedere come si risolverà questa disputa ahahahah

So much for that friendship. Hopefully Keigo puts some serious whoop ass on him and his little band of shinobi.

Secretly I ship keigo and kanade together.. Why? Because I have a bias for black haired bishies. :x

The heroine became girly so sudden and I have problems with it :S
