good series, can someone pick this up (and the one before this one?)

Shin koihime musou was actually a decent game. Especially playing the Wei route and you slowly realized what's going to happen at the end. Oh and this manga is a perfect for a good laugh.

I don't know why I keep reading this, because it's only making me sadder that I'm not playing the fandisc

I'm pretty sure that's just Shin Koihime Musou, not the Moeshouden fandisc (which is the actual good stuff). I'd rather punch a baby than go through those battle minigames ;;

Those people only handle translations. the hacking of the engine are left entirely to MG, and i doubt it will be free

Edit: Never mind, I found it... and it looks like they'll partner with Mangagamer (I think...) to release it in full English... although they'll also release a english patch it seems... I hope its free...

Ah, this is based on the "sequel". It sucks the original was localized but not the sequel; but the sequel pretty much had nothing in common with the first..
