There's... nothing even remotely logical or 'deducting' about this premise.

Anyone who thinks it is, is probably a teenager who hasn't gotten any, and wishes this would work for them.

 

And so for someone going on so much about how he had 'no control over the situation' he is using his brain a lot... meaning he's probably a telekinetic who brainwashed her, rather than having any kind of convincing argument.

 

The better ending would be if she kicked him in the dick in the end. I hope the author doesn't quit their day job.

I say this with the kindest assessment in the aim of only assessing your logic that brought you to this point. 
First and foremost: This is a satire. Calm your tig ole bitties a bit.
Second, reading the dialog, he is not saying "You must owe me sex" as you put it. Rather, he is using an argument of:
Person A attracts person B (Even though they aren't doing so intentionally). The natural result is that person B does thing with person A. Nothing is OWED in this argument. Rather, following the sequence of events,(And throwing in the classic joke of "Person A does something, resulting in person B meeting them and becoming friends. Which, by the way, this manga outright laughs at and says "Well to heck with that, lets just subvert it!) the meeting and mutual attraction leads to babies ever after.

Uuuuum. Okay. Interesting.  This completely cut out all the usual story lines one would read after the initial encounter.  No harem scenarios, no tsundere reactions, no childhood friends coming in and adding to the hormonal mix.  Just the opening event and the conclusion everyone anticipates at the end of a story.  Hmmmmm interesting, yes, but I still miss all the zany in-between.

Wait... What happened to her clothes that they got ripped in the first place? Wind? What the hell kind of wind do they have in Japan? Flipping skirts, tearing clothes, wafting away towels from woman who got out of the bath, etc. It must be hard to be a woman in Japan watching out for the wind so it doesn't get you.

This is parody. And it's brilliant. The last panel especially, since it suggests that the logical process which compelled two complete strangers to have sex on the flimsiest pretext also carried them all the way through to becoming a happy, stable nuclear family. Surprise!

Maybe they had reservations. Maybe they weren't enthusiastic about marrying a stranger. But somewhere along the line, somebody (it was totally her) declared that since they had sex, now somebody has to take responsibility because that's the natural order of things. What objection could possibly be raised against such an argument at that point?

Dude has to go home and be a family man now.
