That's my issue. I can't think of any pronunciation that makes "this'll" a one syllable word.
I don't believe it is wrong:

The contraction "this'll" is still one syllable and "very" is two syllables- I am presuming line 2 is where you think the count is wrong. "Actually" is four syllables; 'Entering" is three. Just to double check I ran the lines through a syllable counter app, it's properly 5-7-5 The haiku on the 5th page of strips omitting the credits are also both proper counts- just to make sure I am looking at the correct panel two.

I get nightmares every time I read this in a manga description thinking it's going to be psychologically horrifying.
