Full Contact was pretty good, check it out if you like the art.
This series definitely isn't as well balanced for comedy as Seitokai Yakuindomo. This one has 1 Wacky Person to 3 Straight Men/Girls, while Seitokai Yakuindomo has a crazy number of Wacky People to 2 Straight Men/Lolis.
So this one just doesn't have as many people to tell/set-up jokes, and too many people there ready to deliver punchlines. I think it tries to get more jokes by having several punchlines for each joke, but the problem with that is that all of the punchlines end up being effectively the same.
Still, not bad, just not as funny. Although that said this one does also seem to be going more towards the serious end. I mean it was only 3 chapters before we got a chapter dealing with the Prez and Vice-Prez's relationship. It's been, what, 587-Eleventy-Billion chapters of SY and their relationships are still pretty much the same.
Somehow the comedy is not even remotely near the level of Seitokai Yakuindomo. The most I got for now was a small smile. I hope it gets better...

I thought so too and that this was a non-4-koma version of Seitokai Yakuindomo. I suspect somewhere along the line in concept stage, Sae was male and the editor realised this would look too much like a copy of that manga.
Her artwork and mannerisms seem to be a lot like male characters in other mangas.

Ya i agree with the first post, this feels rlllllly similar to seitokai yakuindomo. we got the pervy awkward prez, the airhead, the normal? (debatable) person, and i dont know much about the other one yet. Of course this is in an all female scenario.
Well, anything that feels similar to seitokai yakuindomo is worth reading. Followed!!!
So first impressions
It gave me a sensation of Seitokai Yakuindomo (whoot second anime series released yesterday) I found myself imagining Shino or Aria speaking some those lines, however it also felt quite different and the Tsukomi seems a little more violent.
We'll see where this goes.
