After long reading whole series... feel a bit betrayed

Came here from Dead Tube and I'm honestly surprised that I read through it considering that it's a Romance. But, I liked it. It got a bit boring towards the middle and there were some parts that annoyed me (like the part where he got this shit beat out of him...bleh). Nonetheless, I like how it went in the last arc (Which surprisingly people seem to hate? I guess people love cookie cutter harem/loveydovey first girl shit, which isn't surprising, but is a little weird since it's a trope that seems to be complained about often, yet lo and behold, this offers something different and the comments seem to be shitting on it?)

Ayano being a psycho bitch was great, and was set up from pretty early on.

Was obvious that it was always going to end in incest, but damn, even considering moral shit it's hard to not root for them by the end

Glad the MC started to step up towards the end - was nice, his growth was quite subtle instead of being overdone.

Only real gripe is the fact that the last few panels show them separated. Would've been nicer to see them together tbh.

As long as you don't set your expectations too high, this should be an enjoyable read.
I want to break everything after losing interest halfway through and pushing it to see it through to the end.. I regret it on so many levels except wincest. That relationship made me happy. But everything was bull and the last chapter, as people have said, is confusing. Took everything I had not to break my screen at the end.

That wasn't good. It wasn't awful, I've read much worse, but that just wasn't good. It was melodramatic beyond belief the moment Ayano started selling her body out of the blue, the resolution felt very rushed,

, the side characters were almost all forgettable and had no real weight to them, and it kind of felt like the author failed at making even a "netorare with healing at the end" story when it comes to Ayano prostituting herself and Sakuta then throwing himself at his sister.

I'm not mad at this story because I'm usually a fan of the author's work (even if they happen to be H-manga), and it was definitely an interesting premise with the blueprints for what could have been better characters, but I'm certainly bitter.

I very much feel as though this could have been written better and I really hope the author uses this series as a learning experience, because I believe they have the potential to do great things as seen with the first half of the story up til Chapter 37.

At least in the end Ayano got help. It's rare to see yandere characters realize their flaws, so that was a small sliver of "Oh, that's nice."

The last arc made no fucking sense. Damn, this made me so mad.

Was an ok manga. It started out fairly well and I enjoyed it for the most part. The time jump at the end was slightly annoying but why it was done makes sense. You get to see where and how the characters are.

It's worth reading and as opposed to most of what I've been reading lately ends fairly well. Though I do wish Ami was more developed. Who'd have thought she'd grow up to be bangin?

I agree with this. Better than axed endings. I really like cliche endings better. This one wrapped things nicely. It might not have been the perfect ending, but it isn't that bad. Anyone could tell me of a manga/anime with a non-cliche ending? The ending doesn't seem rushed to me since I've seen many axed endings. The flow was perfect.

Now speaking in general (replying to all), I agree that the series was rushed to its end. I can see that the author wanted to use the plot points he has laid down but was unable to, but at least he wasn't rushed to end it in 3 chapters. He was given plenty of characters to tie loose ends, and that gave a nice, well-rounded ending.

I managed to find the time to actually finish this series. There is one twist that I didn't really expect, and one really cliche twist. Overall, it was pretty good. There are some ragey parts but can you believe this? The MC has a backbone! All right, spoiler parts.

As for an epilogue, the ending is an epilogue, albeit a very short one. I can see why some would want more though, I also find it hard to find epilogues that depict the MC's everyday life afterwards.

I agree with you the story was good and the plot twists were amazing especially the truth about Ayano which was *hinted* to at first but you didn't actually realize it until way later when it became an "Oh crap" moment and then a double "Oh Crap" moment when he goes over to Ayano's house. I actually am glad that it wasn't really *his* fault because I was kinda afraid they were going to go that cliche route where he was the source of a problem.

This manga had way too much Ayano and too little of Shiori. Sakuta was an inconsiderate jerk for most of the story. And yes, the ending felt like a cop out. Such a waste of good art.

But fuck it. I marathoned this in one sitting for Eve and I don't regret it.

I enjoyed the art and side characters, but thats about all i can say, this manga went from enjoyable to absolute trash in the first 20 chapters and kept on trucking to garbage city after that, The main characters were so unlikable, and the plot development was just ugh.

I felt like having a School Days ending ... T_T

Opinions, opinions, same worth, worth none. Here's mine!

This manga revolves on Music, It's weird to see such manga being published when so many others get axed. People gather on some core subjects, such romance, action etc. This one goes to another level, Music imo rivals so much with romance, in this case, and drags for so long, that it kinda goes anti-climax. Well some pages are okay, but this one has to many. Obviously the mangaka used some specific lyrics to describe the state of mind or the relations of the characters. Tried to many, suceeded to little.

This probably goes into the japanese culture. However in an ocidental culture, this becomes strange, and more at the end it becomes twisted. Why? If you don't mind spoiler, the main character drops his girlfriend, goes to his sister for a love relation, girlfriend tries to kill him, latter he leaves his sister and goes solo on a music career.

To much artificial and forced pace made me truly not apreciate this manga, wich in all things considered, i reduce it to art alone redeeming feature. I had to force myself to keep reading from half of the story, in vain hope to see that the mangaka could had something really outstanding and unique about this work...

If you are the type of keeping reading if you don't enjoy or give up, seriously, this is one of those mangas that you should seriously give it up!

In my evaluation, taking into account what there is and the subjects that revolve the manga, ill give it a mild 2 stars, because I simply couldn't connect with the story or the characters...

Good manga with a nice ending, but wtf is up with the fast-forward time warp thing at the ending? Kinda threw me off for a bit there.

you can't have seen much then. it's guilty of being cliche and by the book, yes. but, it's not that bad. disappointing maybe, given it's earlier potential. however I, for one, am satisfied with everyone's fates.

I don't why but I think am getting a slight feeling this will be incest Atleast no ntr with main heroine Spoiler Most weird as direct change ever, first shounen romance then bam full on sex then sex and more sex and boom ayano whore herself and turn full yandere for no reason

Ya, I think the ending's not that bad. It's more of an epilogue, so letting the readers know what happens to all characters is nice. You could probably tell someone that chapter 46 was the end of Seishun and it'd be fine - tho it'd leave a bitter taste.

Shiori liked the spotlight, but she wasn't in it for the money, while Sakuta is coming out of his shell alot more and becoming what he believes is 'someone worthy of her' like he told her in chpt 46.

...best part of all, psychologically-distressed character admitted she got too out-of-hand and is fixing herself - unlike other stories where crazy's don't think they're crazy and never do. That's nice to see every once-in-a-while.

Bitter Taste? It would be School Days all again......i still don't sleep at night everytime i even think about just the name or something related to.....oh....fuck O.O

What woulda been a better ending would be if the band reformed with two lead singers. kekeke

talk about ham-fisted

wait wut? didnt the guy just get stabbed in ch46 and then come ch47 were in the future?

wut is this?

#dedication #hardwork #couldahadwincest

that was some Sakamichi no Apollon level of blue-balling hahaha

Meh

The ending was so weak omg. After how far the author went and was willing to go with his story, it's like he got cold feet at the last moment.

Probably one the worst endings I've ever seen :/

I have no idea what just happened

It's so uninteresting that I forget half the characters between chapters

err that's it ?
i don't know man, i am speechless.............
