This is not that uncommon for people known to the family. In this case her parents were mentioned to have had some complications as well, and given her business success merits more leeway than average. A traditional family likely would have supported having someone stable enter the picture regardless.

"The Zuckerburg of the onahole world" seems like one of those phrases that's gonna stick around in my head, and a few years from now in the middle of a shift I'm going to remember it out of nowhere and lose my shit over this manga all over again.

It never really did anything very interesting, but it sure didn't screw anything up either, which is a lot more than I expected from something themed entirely around masturbation aids.

First, it's 18 rather than 20. While 20 is official age of majority in Japan, a lot of activities have lower restriction.
Second, there is an exemption for a "sincere romantic relationship".

I'm relieved, happy and a bit disappointed by the ending though. What I feared the most was a tragic ending with her suffering from a massive attack and becoming a paraplegic or something, before she could get the company off the ground. But at the same time with an ending like this, it's almost like the disease didn't even make much of a dent in the story. What I feel would've done it justice is that she manages to pull it off just barely while suffering with at least a small consequence for the rest of her life from an attack while nearing the climax of the story. Because chronic diseases are no joke, and they are not to be taken lightly. I say so as a person suffering from a chronic illness and have been close to death several times - I even had heart compressions done to me in an ER just 2 years back.

But all in all, I do love a happy ending.

Well, I guess they're still a couple. And they went further than 90% of romcom series with their relationship.

It's either the book was published before they're married or they simply haven't married yet, the important thing is they still in a relationship which we can just assume they will be married sooner or later.
