Nopenopenopenopenopenope. I read this when I was a naive young lad who didn't pay attention to tags or descriptions; since them I've been utterly terrified of love triangles. If you dare to read this, beware that you might be traumatized for life, I'm not joking.

I'm not going to read this because I value my sanity (skimmed ch12 only)
but I want to say that outside of Hentai where Yanderes are treated with the reverence and honour they truly deserve, very few mangas actually respect them, they're only purpose is reduced to dark comic relief or pitifully antagonistic side characters.
There are so few where the receiving party whether male or female are actually allowed to accept their love wholeheartedly.
Give me horror and carnage I'm fine. But this evoked an emotional response that makes my emotional brake downs seem tame.

I like the sequel they made for this manga where Kokoro grew up looking just like Kotonoha and she picks up where her big sister left off Leaving Sekai stunned to see Kotonoha alive and back with Makoto >
