when there's a large group or swarm or whatever of bats it's pretty likely one will get hit if you just throw a rock into them

It's entirely possible that bats try, and occasionally succeed, to catch small stones thrown near them- but nailing a bat with a rock is a different situation entirely.

also, chapter 12.5 was really good.
It's not bullshit. I don't know about them catching a pebble, when when you throw one they do in fact dive after them. I've done it many times. We were actually using pebbles to make a bat dive so we could knock it down with more rocks once it's close to the ground, but we never managed to get a direct hit -- it's very hard to throw accurately in the dark. So yeah, if there's any bullshit here, it's your friend's story that he knocked a bat out while it was in flight.
The bat thing is bullshit. My friend once threw a rock into a large group of bats flying around and it just knocked one out

The next volume will be out in june and i personally don't know if we (simple-scans) will continue or not. Also I don't know if' it continues after v2.
