Just read through all that DeathToll Scans BS. Don't see why they were pissed that people were removing their non-essential commentary that they even admitted were "private jokes". Threatening to make the scanlation worse just shows that they were people on a power trip. Thank goodness they're the exception and not the norm amongst scanlators.

They're an obnoxious group. They're still active but I think the turnover is very high, probably because that Wraith guy is a jackass. It comes through on the notes and how he carries himself, and while inexperienced people think it's funny in the short term, almost everyone gets sick of the shit sooner rather than later, and wants nothing to do with that type of person.

That was some strange drama back then.

this is fanservice to the max, and the plot may not be the best but it does have me intrigued. onii-san coming into the picture also makes me interested to see what will happen next.

In japan would they really treat the family of a murder like that, where im from shit happens. Unless its like the DC sniper parents don't really intentionally raise murders.

There's a prevailing cultural attitude that the parents are responsible for the behavior of the child. (Sources, for those interested: Home and Family in Japan: Continuity and Transformation Richard Ronald and Allison Alexy, and The Japanese High School: Silence and Resistance by Shoko Yoneyama). Having a child involved in a crime, especially one as serious as a high profile act of mass murder, can bring disgrace on the family. The detective in the first chapter actually mentions that many criminals are disowned by their family. So it's at least plausible.

Wow, he actually iced a character. That's surprising, but then again it could be bullshit. Number 1 rule, no corpse no death. Especially since no one died in deathtopia.
