It's been suggested before that her mom (who is alive but apparently works outside the house) was the instigator, and the elder siblings followed suit. In that sense, the reason why she thinks her name is Ryuushika is because daddy got outnumbered 3 to 1.

Actually the kanji for her name are the characters for dragon and deer which can be read as ryuushika (as she calls herself) or kimika (what her parents named her). She probably thinks Ryuushika is a lot cooler than Kimika.

Her name is Kimika so her father calls her by that name. But for some reason she insists that her name is Ryuushika (which it isn’t, just like her brother’s name/“title” isn’t Annie). She’s slightly mentally retarded so she has a problem with correctly remembering words, it seems.
A joke lost in translations is waaaay worse than one word that isn't in english
yea word jokes are bitch to translate but urgh it annoyed me when "梅雨/つゆ/tsuyu" was written out rather than rain season
