Edit: Dang, it was licensed by Tokyopop. Guess people who want the volumes are out of luck then.

Well, Tokyopop is dead now, so I think only the most uptight people will have a problem with keeping scanslations up.

I actually did a bit of research after you mentioned that it was licensed by Tokyopop. I looked on their website, but there was no Rozen Maiden manga to be found. I thought I would at least upload them for the readers who didn't get a chance to get to read the rest of the Rozen Maiden volumes, after BNC stopped scanlating it.

Since the second season has completely finished, I don't see much point in scanlating the rest of the first season. The rest of the volumes can be read through the link provided by manga2x as well, so you can read it there ^^
