Novel already reach Vol 19 ... but it seems manga get stuck only with 1 Vol or something ...

I do agree on that since the story did include many different heroines of different power, background, etc. 

 

But the different would be this story started out fighting over a small room first, before the girls change to the main hero, which is also a hero to them haha

...

looking at the setting novel and anime ...

did it have certain mixture with

MC seems incarnation from many various important person in many legend from many worlds ... or ... it's himself who traveling through many time and world ?

unique in the sense they are distinctly set apart from anyone else in the world of the story...probably

Typical throwing in of way too many girls aside, I kind of like how it has clear defined goal from the start. They all want this apartment for whatever reason. While we all know it's going to end up with all or most of them trying to hook up with him, at least I could see how feelings could spring from trying to get to know the MC. At first it would be about gathering info to manipulate or coerce him, but a certain fondness might grow out of it. I guess my point is it has the little more potential than the "oh he was nice to her" scenario that seems to start nearly all the romances in theses things.

....And that's supposed to be unique?

Manga-wise it isn't.
Real life-wise I think it is.

BTW, this manga comes from LN adaptation ...

and we know how many "manga promotes LN so make it short" thing ...

most of the time, I mostly look forward to the same ppl with the same comments inbetween the lines of "No originality... this manga sux already"... it seems like they also have no originality when they keep saying that... Irony?
