"Falling" is when you move towards the center of mass of an object as a result of gravity.
So yeah, both people would fall, and no, it's not a paradox. They'll likely go 'splat' the moment they land on each other near the center of the Earth, that's assuming they won't melt as they approach the core, of course.
If they don't hit each other, they'll just fall back to the center after they shoot right by it. It's pretty much like how planets revolve around the sun or moons revolve around planets, only they don't fall straight into the sun, instead they fall around the sun.
And yes, the sun also falls towards the planets, only its mass is so huge compared to the planets', they hardly make any difference to the sun at all.
That depends on what you mean by "drained".
If you mean, the water will be gone, then no, that won't happen.
Assuming the core is still hot, the water will shoot right out of it. Do you know what a "hot spring" is, or a "geyser"? It's water that's been heated underground and comes back up due to the increased pressure.
Assuming the core is no longer hot, the water will simply remain in the holes.
If you mean, the water will be below ground level (in this case "ground level" refers to the deepest point on Earth, holes excluded), then your hole would have to be large enough to fit all the water on Earth inside it, obviously.

I always wonder If there are 2 hole from each side of the world connected to each other, and there are people that jumped at the same time which one would fall? or mabye both? is this a PARADOX?
If there are holes from each all water bodies and that holes are connected to each other and its supposed to be a sink, will the water on earth would be drained by it?
